Walk and Talk

If one of your goals is to get in more exercise but you’re finding it hard to make time for this or to motivate yourself, then this could be the session for you.

The ‘Walk and Talk’ consists of:

  • 60 minutes of Wellness Coaching
  • 30 minutes of walking

This is a great way to get you up and exercising without the excuses, have some fun and set your Wellness in motion.
