  • A complimentary and commitment free introductory 15 minute call
  • A comprehensive Health and Wellness Assessment
  • One x 90 minute Wellness Vision and Goal setting Session where we:
    • Get to the heart of what it is you really want
    • Develop a comprehensive wellness vision
    • Set three monthly and weekly goals
  • 11 x 50 minute weekly or fortnightly sessions involving:
    • Revisiting your weekly goals and updating if needed
    • Progress tracking
    • Discussing obstacles and working through solutions
    • Identifying personal strengths
